Objective
Understand how primary care teams use the 2023 Canadian osteoporosis guideline and what would make implementation easier.
What you’ll do
Join one online interview (45–60 minutes, in English).
We’ll ask about barriers, helps, and practical strategies for using the guideline.
Who can participate
Primary healthcare professionals in Canada with ≥2 years of practice who screen, diagnose, or manage osteoporosis in primary care.

London Health Science Case Study
This report highlights the successful implementation of the Hip Fracture: Care for People With Fragility Fractures quality standard at the London Health Sciences Centre, specifically the Victoria Hospital site. Originally published in 2016 and updated in 2024, the quality standard has guided care across the province and nationally.
