1. Summarize the key components and decision points of the Clinical Care Pathway for rehabilitation following osteoporotic vertebral fracture.

2. Apply the Clinical Care Pathway to tailor initial exercise prescription based on pathway-based classification (fit versus frail).

3. Analyze pathway-driven assessment and reassessment findings to determine appropriate strengthening, balance, and functional exercise progressions

Bonny O'Hare

Bonny O’Hare is a Physiotherapist, clinician–researcher, educator, and private practice owner. Her clinical area of focus is osteoporosis.
Bonny holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from McGill University. She is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Toronto and teaches in the osteoporosis lab for MScPT students at McMaster University. Bonny serves on the Canada/US Bonefit Advisory Board. She is the founder of Osteoporosis Physiotherapy: The Osteo-Circuit Method of Exercise and Education. She teaches nationally and internationally on the Physiotherapy assessment and management of people with osteoporosis.
